About Jim

I am a third generation Realtor. My grandfather started in Real Estate in 1925 by subdividing his 200 acre farm in Livonia, and then my father followed him into the business and I followed my father into the business. I am a lifetime resident of the area with nearly 3 decades of personal real estate experience.

I am a third generation Realtor. My grandfather started in Real Estate in 1925 by subdividing his 200 acre farm in Livonia. My family has been in real estate since then. I started in real estate in 1985 after going to Albion College and Detroit College of Law.

I have lived in the Detroit Metropolitan area my entire life and have always considered this area to be my home. I specialize in a large geographic area that includes Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Livingston, and Washtenaw Counties but often times go even further than that.

But more than anything, I specialize in personal customer service. I do about 100 transaction per year and this puts me in the top 1% of Realtors nationwide. This is a lot of transactions, but I deal with every customer personally and strive to treat every transaction as if it is my only transaction.
